Sony Xperia U receives 6.1.1.B.1.100 update

Sony Xperia U, entry-level smartphone of the Japanese company for the 2012, unfortunately will remain firm to Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream sandwiches and officially received the upgrade to Android Jelly Bean. However, this does not mean that Sony will not continue to support it with continuous updates in order to improve the quality of software.

Just in the last few hours, in fact, the Japanese company kicked off the release of a new update for Xperia U signed 6.1.1 b. 1,100.This new software release does not introduce new features and is based, of course, once 3.0.8 and Android Kernel 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich.
The news, in fact, only affect system performance improvements and resolving some bugs found with the previous version. The update was already released in some European countries, as evidenced by the screenshots at the end of the article, and should be available in all countries of the world, including Italy.
